Welcome to the Infant room!
Infancy is a period of rapid growth and development at New Horizons Preschool. We believe that positive experiences will impact the children for years to come. We concentrate on a nurturing environment with consistent and responsive caregivers. Infants will learn and develop through all five of their senses with many items to look at, hear, taste, touch and smell. We implement creative curriculum and even do a lesson plan for our infants! Every classroom will have a lesson plan that will meet each and every child's five developmental domains as we strengthen their skills and needs. New Horizon's believes that literacy is a huge part of their growth and development. We encourage our families to read and ask open ended questions with your child daily, communication is a powerful and essential need for our child's daily health and successes.
